All valid reports are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved or removed within 7 business days, unless additional documentation is required (e.g. DMCA counter-notice).

    • Your account username and email
    • Exact URL(s) of the content in question
    • A brief explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect
    • Any supporting evidence (model releases, age docs, etc.)
  2. Our Appeals Team (separate from the original moderators) will review your submission and respond within 7 business days.

2.1 Neutral Arbitration

If you are unsatisfied with our final decision, you may request that the dispute be submitted to a neutral body for binding arbitration in accordance with Section 6.4 of the Model-Release Agreement . Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.

3. Record Retention

All complaint and appeal files, including correspondence and decisions, are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years.
