Subscription & Cancellation Policy

1. Recurring Billing

When you purchase a subscription to Cativae, you agree that your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan selected) until you cancel. The renewal charge will be processed by CCBill using the payment method on file.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can stop rebilling at any time in any of the following ways:

Cancellations submitted through any of these methods will take effect immediately. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will downgrade to the free tier.

3. Pricing & Plans

Base price: Cativae’s standard monthly subscription is US $19.95. From time to time we may offer promotional discounts—for example, up to 20 % off when you join through an invitation link, holiday sale, or loyalty campaign. The promotional rate will be displayed clearly on the checkout page before you authorize payment.

We also offer longer‑term plans that renew automatically unless you cancel:

  • Quarterly Plan: billed every 3 months at the promotional rate shown at checkout.
  • Annual Plan: billed every 12 months at the promotional rate shown at checkout.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cativae reserves the right to change subscription pricing or run limited‑time promotions, but any change will be communicated on the website and will never affect an active subscription until its next renewal date.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Subscription fees and any other digital purchases made through Cativae are non‑refundable. When you cancel (see Section 2), your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial or pro‑rated refunds will be issued for unused time.

If you believe you were billed in error or your payment method was used without authorization, please contact us at support@cativae.com or reach out to CCBill Consumer Support ( https://support.ccbill.com, +1 888‑596‑9279). We will investigate every claim and, at our sole discretion, may issue a credit or refund to the original payment method if required by card‑network rules or applicable law.

Cativae and CCBill do not provide cash refunds or transfers to alternate accounts. Any refund that is approved will be returned only to the card or wallet used in the original transaction.

4. Reactivating a Subscription

You may resubscribe at any time by purchasing a new plan under Account  →  Billing. Your billing date resets to the day of re‑activation.
